We know that your everyday work is stressful and that you are always on the move. When you come to us, we would like you to feel at home so that you can concentrate on what matters.

Our studio staff will attend to all the logistical details. We will be glad to reserve a hotel for you in Essen or order a shuttle service to pick you up directly at Düsseldorf International Airport and take you to the studio. We will of course be delighted to attend to other details as well – for instance finding products which you need for a studio test or focus groups.

And if you and your customers are on a tight schedule and don’t have time to come to our studio, we will transmit your focus groups or in-depth interviews live in the Internet.

All of our GD rooms have their own large customer lounge where you can relax or work. We of course also have WLAN and other technical resources you need for your work available in our studio.

Our customers often spend one or more days with us. That is why we have hired a professional chef to coddle you with fine cooking and excellent meals. He will see to your every need throughout the day. He will also be glad to cook your favourite dishes if you let us know about them in advance.
